Background:Mahalia Burkmar, known mononymously as Mahalia is a British singer songwriter and actress. Mahalia has released a couple of EPs and an album, Diary of me. She acted in the film brotherhood.
Born: 1st may 1998(Age 21) she is from Syston, England. 
Genres: Hip Hop Soul, Neo Soul, Contemporary R&B.
Current album: Love and Compromise (2019).
Awards: Nominations- Brit award for British female solo artist & Soul train music award for best new artist.

 Explain how and why producers of radio programmes target different audiences. Refer to the radio 1 live lounge to support your answer?[10]

 Radio programmes target different audiences because otherwise people who like a genre that they never play will lose watchers and listeners whereas if you were to play a variable of genres people would enjoy it more. Also with radio one live lounge you get to watch celebrities people you like to do covers from other famous artists.
